This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager must be based in Melbourne with experience in manager over 10 stores across two states.

**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that your region is performing at the highest potential. This exciting new opportunity will ensure your 10+ stores have an exceptional understanding of product, driving and exceeding KPI’s, meeting company core values while providing excellent customer service and supporting the development of leaders for the future.

You will be working collaboratively with head office and store based teams within the business, you will have previous experience with performance management and training, while having the confidence to lead by example.

**Experience Required**:

- 1-2 years experience in a Regional Manager role within a retail environment
- Confident with strong decision making skills and attention to detail
- Motivational and influential with the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience in new store openings and rolling out training and development incentives
