We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Melbourne based Regional Manager who has a passion for people development, driving performance and the sass & bide brand.

To be successful in this role you must be motivated to create a results driven team environment full of excitement and passion. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise store performance to deliver results. Reporting directly into the National Retail Manager, you will manage 13 stores and concessions across VIC & SA. You will be based in VIC and be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store operations.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting your team to achieve and exceed sales budgets
- Managing the stores wages
- Championing processes to ensure inventory integrity
- Increasing VIP engagement in each location
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards by leading by example
- Mentoring Store Managers and ensuring their ongoing professional development
- Ensuring VM standards and brand guidelines are adhered to
- Proactively recruit for management positions and provide assistance to stores for casual recruitment.

**We are seeking the following attributes**:

- Previous multi-site experience (10 stores plus) ideally in fashion retail
- A qualification in retail management, business studies or similar (valued, but not necessary)
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses
- A current driver’s licence, access to a car and willingness to work across multiple locations
- Inspirational leadership skills

- Ability to prioritise appropriately
- A focus on building a team and customer centric environment
- Emphasis on developing & sustaining relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong, clear & concise communication skills
