**About the role**:
As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for driving success and development of your Retail Managers and their teams. You will uphold the company values and lead by example.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- A drive to achieve sales budgets and maximise profitability of the region.
- Manage a defined team of Retail Managers.
- Sales analysis
- Driving a positive sales culture across all stores.
- Implement business initiatives
- Recruitment
- Driving, coaching and delivering exceptional customer service and company standards for the region
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- Strategic mindset
**The successful applicant must have**:
- Previous experience in a regional management position is essential.
- High attention to detail and will be highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An eagerness to learn.
- Previous success in driving a team to budgets and targets.
- Jewellery experience preferred but not essential.
- An extremely strong selling background, with proven individual sales achievement and previous success with region sales & KPI’s
