**Part-Time Accounts Officer - Clayton South (Office-Based)**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (25 hours per week)
**Location**: Clayton South, VIC

Are you an organised, detail-oriented accounts professional looking for flexible, school-friendly hours?

We’re seeking a reliable Accounts Officer to join our team in Clayton South. You’ll be responsible for managing daily accounting activities including reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, and general finance support across our growing food manufacturing business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets.
- Generate and send customer invoices; follow up overdue accounts.
- Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
- Assist with month-end reports and general ledger entries.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and management.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role.
- Solid understanding of AR/AP and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or Zoho.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.

**Desirable**
- Experience in food manufacturing, wholesale, or FMCG environments.
- Knowledge of BAS preparation or payroll processing.
