**About the Role**

**Deivian Care is looking for an Accounts Clerk in Clayton (Melbourne). **The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and financial support to all NDIS-related activities across the organization. The role is responsible for looking after the day-to-day financial and HR activities, relating to NDIS including maintenance of the NDIS client register and client documentation. The role is reporting directly to the Director.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate payroll processing, assist in identifying system errors, and implement corrective action where required.
- Accounts payable (AP) including but not limited to: entering invoices, signing off by senior management, recording invoices into bills, reconciling supplier accounts, payment of invoices through MYOB, and investigating and resolving supplier queries.
- Accounts receivable (AR) including but not limited to: invoicing, front-line customer service including investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Effective and clear communication with other team members in the financial management team.

**Your Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Payroll/AP/AR procedures
- Proficient in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Competent Microsoft PC skills and aptitude
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award, NDIS, and My Age Care Compliance is desirable
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Current driver’s license
- Must have no restrictions on working within Australia.

**Experience/Certification Required**
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in financial management and administration
- Advance Diploma in Business and Accounting or higher.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour + Super
