**Your opportunity**

**Your responsibilities**
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to IT EUC in collaboration with the service desk team Enables a standard, stable and robust desktop environment for Aruma users.
- Conduct business analysis and reporting to ensure continued alignment with business requirements Transitions new platforms/services into production/operations.
- Directly manage end point management technology including InTune.
- Assist in the liaison and direction of vendors to facilitate fault resolution and the effective use of products.
- Manage deployment of assets to end users and the refresh/rebuild process.
- Design and supports automation of EUC processes.
- Systematise EUC to ensure supportability at scale through the service desk function.

**About you**
- Bachelor's Degree in IT with at least 5 years’ experience in the provision of End User service provision with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a desktop support role.
- Demonstrated experience in an EUC service environment with, Technology stack /environment such as ITIL, MS Windows 10 Exchange, MS Teams, Rapid7, SCCM/JAMF, Desktop virtualisation, Citrix, SharePoint.
- Effective troubleshooting and prioritisation of incident requests.
- Understanding of ITIL framework & service delivery.
- Deployment/setup and troubleshooting of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
- Mobile Device deployment and troubleshooting.
- Solid technical skills with client software (e.g. Windows 10, Office 2016, Outlook/Exchange, VPN and roaming profiles).
