Our client is a world leader in their field, developing innovative products and services that have changed the way people live and work. They are going through a period of growth and looking for a National Human Resources Manager to manage the HR function across Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end support for the entire employment life cycle including - talent planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management.
- Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organization, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the organization change management process in response to business strategies.
- Participate in and be a key contributor at key management discussions and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes.
- Partner with TA team to ensure timely pipelining of quality talent to meet business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist or Business Partner
- Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
