As a part of the Customer Service team within the RSL Club you can expect to work amongst a diverse team of people who enjoy warmly welcoming our customers with care and offering them the best service possible. Our team genuinely enjoy working with people and are the directors of first impressions into the venue.

**The day-to-day**:

- meeting, greeting and signing in our members and guests
- providing key information and directions through to various bars, restaurants and event space within the building
- enforcing entry requirements such as dress regulations and RSA compliance
- answering customer questions and enquiries in a professional manner
- contributing to our friendly and energetic team culture

- high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
- enjoys talking and interacting with customers
- caring and helpful attitude
- energetic and able to stay motivated/engaged during quiet periods and ability to stand for prolonged period of time
- a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations
- available to work a variety of shifts that start and finish between 9:45am and 2:00am.
