**About the company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $410 p/d + Super. This role is located in Burwood.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Recovery at Work Advisor to join our Injury & Claims Management team within a government department. We are looking for someone to provide best practice and comprehensive case management assisting occupational rehabilitation and recovery at work.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing best practice and comprehensive case management by employing evidence based strategies to drive successful recovery at work outcomes
- You will provide sound recovery at work advice and case management involving early intervention, workplace assessment, occupational rehabilitation and recovery at work programs for complex or significant cases
- Maintaining effective relationship with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively towards achieving positive health outcomes to minimize costs and premiums
- Provide high standard of customer service with our internal and external key stakeholders
- Working collaboratively and cooperatively within a team to achieve team objectives and work outcomes

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Return to work coordination training or equivalent work history/experience
- Recovery at Work Coordinator Accreditation in accordance with SIRA - preferable
- Knowledge and experience of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
- Experience managing a portfolio of cases in a high volume environment
