Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team delivering best practice workers compensation case management and sound advice to reduce claims costs and minimise premiums.
  • Manage claims across self-insurance, self-administered, and TMF frameworks while ensuring compliance with NSW legislation, SIRA, and iCare requirements.
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments, resolve customer enquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance claims outcomes and service quality.
About You
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation and case management, formed across insurance, legal, or claims management roles.
  • Ability to manage diverse claims portfolios, maintain high customer service standards, and adapt to evolving best practices.
  • Collaborative team player, skilled at stakeholder engagement and problem-solving, with experience delivering compliant, cost-effective claims solutions within a dynamic, regulated environment.
Role Details
  • Two roles available: one until 31 December 2025 and another until 31 January 2026.
  • Hybrid-friendly role with a mix of in-person and remote work days at the team's home base location.
