We now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join our collaborative and high-performing team. As a core member of the GRC team, you will support project initiatives through project coordination, document maintenance, and ensuring administrative efficiency across risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives. This role is pivotal in enabling the GRC function to operate effectively and meet regulatory, strategic, and operational objectives.
We are seeking a positive and proactive individual who will assist with duties such as:
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring GRC-related projects and initiatives.
- Supporting the implementation and review of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Maintaining registers and records related to compliance obligations, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
- Providing general administrative support to the GRC team including calendar management, travel coordination, and procurement.
Conveniently based in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this position will be offered on an ongoing, full-time basis.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Highly developed project planning, coordination, and time-management skills, with demonstrated experience in these areas.
