**About the Opportunity**
Within Advanced Analytics we’re pioneering to use data, AI and ML to change the way that Australians socialise and how our team creates memorable experiences. As an AI product leader, you’ll work with our Data teams to meet our business objectives while ensuring that we’re sustainably and ethically creating industry defining technology.

You’ll work across all of our group brands, who are privileged to create service more than 6 million australians with every month; tackling challenges from optimising our range to make sure we’ve got the best beer on the tap, through to analysing one of australia's 10 largest supply chains to make sure we’re delivering local and fresh products.

The AI Group Product Manager will deliver new data products to bring these principles to life into all parts of our business including merchandising, operations and support functions across retail and hotels. Working in conjunction with our data science, analytics and technology teams plus external supporters you will develop the roadmap for your product and lead a squad (or number of squads) to deliver the roadmap.

**This role will operate at both an operational and strategic level to**:

- Create and Lead the strategic vision for your Product Portfolio, delivering value to the business and our customers in transformational initiatives for long term profitability.
- Be accountable for the agile roadmaps that span the whole portfolio, ensuring a balance of short to long term pressures to deliver value for the business and customers.
- Lead customer and business relationships to discover new areas of opportunity, uplifting their businesses and transform customer experiences
- Lead in the design and implementation of new ways of working, collaborating with our Heads of delivery on the best ways to empower our teams
- Responsible for the quality and development of your Product team, designing coaching programmes against capability assessments to ensure growth and retention of Product leaders.

**Where does my role fit?**:
The Advanced Analytics Product teams are a new tribe set within the Endeavour Group, working across all aspects of our business from Digital customer experiences, to AI dashboarding products and models to predict the weather

With over 150 team members within the Tribe over the last 12 months, we’ve got ambitious plans to continue to grow over the next 3 years.

This role, alongside a number of other product manager roles is a key leadership role within the new tribe. The role will collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the business including other tribes and squads to launch digital products, ranging from perfecting the beers at the bar, through to tools to transform our day to day operations.

You will also play a key role in supporting development and roll out of the data-led transformation strategy and driving a cultural change towards agile ways of working and becoming a data-led business. Career development and capability development from a product management perspective will be provided through our experienced Group Product Managers within the Tribe.
