The Group Brand Marketing Specialist will support the activation of an exciting range of Group and Employer brand projects and campaigns, working cross functionally with the broader marketing team, business stakeholders and our agency partners.

Here’s a snapshot of the Group Brand Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities:

- Actively champion our brand identity to ensure all brand touch points bring to life our brand personality, tone or voice and guidelines
- Work with stakeholders and key users of the Endeavour Group brand to provide brand consult and approval on brand materials.
- Support the creative development with all internal stakeholders and channel agencies where relevant to ensure clarity of message and simplicity of execution
- Support the coordination of all sponsorships and events including the delivery of brand assets
- Coordinate regular photoshoots at our venues including stores, hotels and offices
- Responsible for maintaining our Endeavour Group website
- Support the external communication of our people promise across website and social media channels.

Now let’s talk about you:

- Ideally you will have 4+ years of experience in Marketing
- Budget management experience
- Experience writing briefs for creative agencies
- Experience influencing and managing stakeholders
- Experience interpreting customer insights
- Be skilled at presenting and storytelling
- Project management & agile mindset/experience an advantage
