Your new company

After enjoying a bumper year in the 3PL space and working with a variety of leading businesses, this very successful and culture-driven, family-owned business is looking to expand its team. They’re currently on the look-out for an enthusiastic, people-focused, Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in West Melbourne.

Your new role

Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Providing insights on how to improve customer experiences
- Processing of PO’s
- Assist the broader warehouse team to complete cycle counts and picking of next day orders
- Communicate with suppliers for inbound bookings
- Participating regularly in toolbox meetings
- Assisting Operations Manager with KPI recording
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure a safe environment for all staff along with promoting continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture

What you’ll need to succeed
- Enthusiasm when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong focus towards a positive and collaborative culture
- A good understanding of inventory control
- Experience in data entry in a logistics environment
- Strong computer skills with experience or familiarity with WMS
- Proven experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
