This family owned and operated company specialises in distributing a range of educational products to retailers across Australia. Located close to home in Cheltenham, they have been in operation for over 25 years. They are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to become an integral part of their team.

**Your new role**
This is a varied role that will keep you stimulated in both running the warehouse and remaining hands on. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Have complete autonomy over the operations of the warehouse including process improvement and efficiency
- Warehousing duties such as: unload containers; pick, pack and dispatch goods; and forklift operation
- Oversee the daily warehouse activities such as receipt, storage, inventory control and dispatch
- Coordinate the outgoing logistics and obtain quotes
- Assist casual warehouse staff as required
- Convey updates to senior management on targets and solutions to any issues that arise
- Manage Occupational Health and Safety procedures and policies
- Administrative duties such as: use of warehouse management system; reporting; and returns processing

**Skills and experience required**
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Coordinator role or similar (wholesale industry would be ideal)
- Current LF licence and valid Victorian drivers' licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to use initiative
- Experience using computer-based warehouse management systems and MS suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
