Our projects encompass commercial office workplaces, hotels, restaurants, and retail.

As our business and client base expands, we are looking for a Sales Executive experienced as a **Bid Manager** and responsible for managing the sales funnel. The Bid Manager will assemble plans, supervises and manages a wide range of Tendering of projects, whilst managing the Estimating Division. This position is a full-time ongoing position, based in Sydney, NSW.

Duties & Responsibilities
- — Assemble and manage the bid team
- — Possess the skills to prepare and submit a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process
- — Manage inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, project management / delivery, marketing and finance
- — Managing opportunities from initial identification of a client requirement through to a contract renewal
- — Experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
- — Provides valuable input into value proposition development, opportunity qualification, win strategy, commercial discussions and solution delivery
- —Ensure on-time submission of tenders
- — Ensuring tenders are compliant and commercially sound
- — Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission

**You will be able to demonstrate**:

- — Proven team leadership skills in office-based environments
- — Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (Internal and external customer).
- — Has the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities
- — Fully conversant with the competitive marketplace

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- — 4+ years’ experience in estimating
- —Diploma or Degree - Quantity Surveyor is favourable
- —Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- —Solid knowledge of the Sydney construction market
- —Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
- —High level organisational and exceptional time management skills

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
