PESOLKELLY Have partnered with one of the top providers of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Bid-Coordinator who will be responsible for the preparation of expressions of interest and tender submissions relating to opportunities in the teams scope.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing the accuracy of the Asset and Development Services business pipeline register with local Business Development Managers & Estimators
- Ensuring Bids are correctly kicked off and approval gates are managed with local BDMs and Senior Managers
- Ensuring all major bids have a clear program for delivery and that key bid processes are coordinated
- Ensuring that standard library of responses is kept and made available for bids
- Bid writing and bid documentation collation and completion.
- Communicate with Stakeholders

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Tertiary education desired
- Tender Co-ordination
- Bid writing and or management writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver to agree tender strategies
- Ability to set programs for completion of deliverables

**Benefits include**:
