**Salary**: $145,378 - $168,130 p.a. base salary (superannuation and annual leave loading are paid in addition to the base salary)
**Work type**: This is a temporary role until 31 July 2026, full-time - 35 hours per week

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced change and engagement manager to lead key change and engagement activities for the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) office relocation to Parkline Place in July 2026.

In this new project-based role, you will have lead responsibility for developing and executing the change and engagement strategy for the office relocation. You will deliver strategic and operational plans aimed at driving all change-related activities for the project. You will develop communications and initiatives to foster high levels of staff engagement and support a seamless transition to the new office building.

You will work in close collaboration with key project stakeholders, including the office relocation project team, Marketing and Communications team, Corporate Services teams, the CSO’s Extended Leadership Group and employee working groups.
