Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Change Manager to manage the delivery of change management activities of a project.

**Purpose of the role**:
The role will be responsible for leading key change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and learning analysis whilst also managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, and supporting organisational alignment

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Facilitate the design, development and ownership of Change Management Strategy/Plans and ensure that appropriate Change Management inputs are incorporated into the overall Project
- Manage change management activities including change impact assessments on the project and monitoring and assessment of the performance and 'success' of business readiness change management activities upon project and/ or activity completion
- Develop and design communications and engagement content for the Project
- Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and any other stakeholders to deliver an integrated people change service to the business.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change

**Criteria**:

- Proven experience and consistent success as a Change Manager, totaling at least over 5 years.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management within a highly industrialised landscape
- Delivery of change management initiatives, in blue-collar, highly industrial, setting such as engineering, building, construction, transport, rail, roads, aviation, mining & resources etc.
- Next level communications skills.
- Prior experience in Government would be beneficial
