**GREENE FIRE** are seeking an enthusiastic and organised **Project Coordinator**. This is a full-time position where you will be working alongside a team of experienced manufacturing tradespersons & engineers that are willing to help and share their wealth of knowledge.

**Tasks & duties include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare, check & issue factory orders to production.
- Provide work instructions and production designs to factory staff as required.
- Ensure production schedules are tracking live and completed on time.
- Coordinate multiple factory orders.
- Ensure works assigned are completed in a timely fashion.
- Ensure production is completed to the required product standards.

**The sucessful applicant will require**:

- Excellent time management skills - able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Team player with good work ethics
- An enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills & upskill with training
- Experience in a manufacturing environment

**About Us**

Greene Fire specialises in delivering engineered fire safety systems and fire protection services, providing technical assistance to fire engineers and building designers to ensure compliance is met. We have been in this industry for the last two decades, providing products such as fire curtains, smoke curtains, fire shutters and fire rated windows and doors.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taren Point, NSW 2229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:
