**About the Role**
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Support & Customer Success Coordinator** to join our team. This dynamic role supports our daily operations and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll be responsible for a mix of sales coordination, client relationship management, and administrative support—contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and process sales orders and invoices
- Manage product approvals and maintain B2B ordering portals
- Create and update product catalogues
- Support and grow existing client accounts
- Manage dropship programs and provide top-notch customer service
- Assist with business development initiatives
- Provide administrative support to management
- Participate in offsite client visits and on-site sales at sporting venues

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- A passion for sport is a bonus, but not essential
