MV Technology Solutions is one of the most highly respected and innovative product suppliers of products to the Power Utility and Railway markets throughout Australia and New Zealand. Established in 2003 with our office based in Sydney's Sutherland Shire.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, where your commitment and “can-do” attitude will be greatly appreciated. You are naturally customer focused and service-oriented, hence capable of building upon the rapport we enjoy with our existing friendly and regular client base.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing excellence in customer service.
- Day to day office administration.
- Order processing and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Managing invoices and the accounts receivable process.
- Coordinating with freight companies for the transit of goods.
- Tracking order progress from start to finish.
- Booking of travel for the sales team.
- Preparing proposals and quotes, with guidance.
- Preparing reports for the Managing Director.

**In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities**:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Naturally customer focused with a "can-do" attitude.
- An ingrained assurance that high standards of customer service are always met.
- Sound understanding of complete order and delivery processes.
- Show initiative, with an organised working style.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with accounting management software.

**Desirable attributes**
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Working with international and local supply partners.
- Understanding of foreign currencies.
- Previous experience with the MYOB system.

Salary will depend on experience and a proven ability to succeed in this type of role and is negotiable for the right person.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
