You are naturally customer focused and service-oriented, hence capable of building upon the rapport we enjoy with our existing friendly and regular client base. **Duties and responsibilities**: - Providing excellence in customer service. - Day to day office administration. - Order processing and ensuring timely delivery of goods. - Managing invoices and the accounts receivable process. - Coordinating with freight companies for the transit of goods. - Tracking order progress from start to finish. - Booking of travel for the sales team. - Preparing proposals and quotes, with guidance. - Preparing reports for the Managing Director. **In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities**: - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. - Naturally customer focused with a "can-do" attitude. - An ingrained assurance that high standards of customer service are always met. - Sound understanding of complete order and delivery processes. - Show initiative, with an organised working style. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience with accounting management software. **Desirable attributes** - Proven experience in a similar role. - Working with international and local supply partners. - Understanding of foreign currencies. - Previous experience with the MYOB system. **Job Benefits and Attractions** - Modern office in a good location. - Comfortable and professional work environment. - Parking on site. - Training opportunities. - Company bonus scheme.
