An Internal Sales Support / General Warehouse Duties role combines responsibilities in both sales/customer service support and warehouse management. Duties is multifaceted, requiring a blend of customer service, sales support, and hands-on warehouse management. It is crucial for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall sales process.

Your typical week will entail 80% engagement in inside sales/customer service activities and 20% of you time will be allocation towards general warehouse responsibilities.

**Internal Sales Support Responsibilities**
- Provide information on products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement and track their orders.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in managing sales documentation and records.
- Handle return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and process returns or exchanges.

**General Warehouse Duties**
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Store goods in designated areas following proper storage procedures.
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to order specifications.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Ensure orders are packaged securely and accurately.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong engllish **verbal and written communication abilitie**s to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
- Accuracy in data processing, inventory management, and documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Forklift License (Desirable)

Customer Service, Internal Sales or General Warehouse experience (Desirable)

Pay: $27.85 - $35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus
