**Position Summary**:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Manager - Virtual & Digital Health, with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. The successful applicant will be expected to be able to provide end-to-end development and deliver of virtual care and digital health capabilities at St Vincent's Hospital Sydney.

The Manager -Virtual & Digital Health will lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of virtual care and digital health initiatives that improve access to care and deliver improved quality outcomes. The role will ensure ongoing alignment with NSW Ministry of Health, SVHA and SVHNS key performance indicators and strategic objectives focused on enhancing the deliver of care through virtual names.

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated health improvement experience.
3. Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, managing the key strategic challenges facing the healthcare sector.
4. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of improvement in health outcomes.
5. Proven ability to engage with mixed stakeholders including clinical and executive staff, and developing strategic partnerships with government agencies and/or NGOs
6. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, developing people, and successful progression with managing staff performance.
7. Demonstrated ability to drive the delivery of key strategic and improvement initiates.
8. Experience with project associated financial reporting, excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
