**Job Summary**
The Campbell Property Group was established in 1978 and consists of Clarendon Homes, Domaine Homes. CPG Estates. Clarendon and Domaine Homes are one of the leading project housing enterprises in NSW and QLD. On the Development side, CPG Estates looks after our land subdivision and acquisitions. **The Role**
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, employee engagement, and organisational success. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with leaders to implement people initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for delivering key HR projects, providing expert advice, and supporting managers in all aspects of people leadership. Your focus will be on implementing and embedding effective HR strategies that enhance employee capability, streamline processes, and support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with General Managers and department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting growth and operational needs.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring effective succession planning and workforce planning.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive and high-performing culture.
- Support leaders in managing performance, coaching managers, and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights, ensure compliance with employment laws, and implement policies that mitigate risk.
- Optimise HR systems (HRIS), streamline processes, and enhance HR operations to improve efficiency and usability.
**About you**
You have proven experience in a HR Business Partnering role, providing strategic and operational HR support in a fast-paced environment. You are a natural problem solver, skilled in navigating complex HR matters while influencing and building relationships across all levels of the business.
You will also have:
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence when needed
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to balance both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operational HR support
- High levels of adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
