**About the role**

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Serco is currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the provision of health services to the Australian Defence Force within the Vic/Tas region. The Regional Manager will lead a team consisting of two Operations Managers, a workforce management business partner, and talent business partner, who are based within the region. You will work in partnership with our client to ensure service delivery is provided to a high standard which you will achieve by strong client engagement and leading the region’s workforce management, engagement, and recruitment strategies. Your team will oversee 300 health care professionals who work across several ADF Health Centres within Victoria and one in Tasmania.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Demonstrated experience (5-10 years) in leading a large scale workforce
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship development skills
- Sound people and performance management skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with high levels of autonomy
- Experience in a health care and/or defence environment would be highly regarded
- Ability to obtain ADF Baseline security clearance
- Ability to travel extensively within the region, with some interstate travel
