The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to manage a cluster of medical centres across Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and growing organisation during an exciting period of transition.
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our centre operations by leading and supporting the Practice Managers and their service team members to drive performance and growth within their centres whilst providing quality care. You will promote and coordinate and guide a culture that is aligned with our Company Values through the engagement and retention of patients, employees and Health Care Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains forward thinking and supports the Head of Operations and the Practice Managers to implement strategies that mitigate any future risks.
- Implement and monitor projects, systems and processes to ensure the delivery of each Centre’s strategy and objectives.
- Coach, mentor and guide the Centre Practice Manager/Business Manager, and the 2IC/Assistant Manager, and (where appropriate) other staff and initiate face-to-face engagements with all Health Care Professionals frequently.
- Explore and implement strategies to minimize patient wait times and monitor patient feedback and NPS scores to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth by reviewing profit and loss statements as well as budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Work with other Regional Managers and the Business Development Manager to innovate and implement initiatives.
- Manage General Practitioners (GPs) satisfaction and retention by developing and maintaining high quality commercially effective working relationships and providing timely and valued support.
- Ensure centre support with required tools for efficient operations through purchasing and inventory management.
- Inspire a learning and high-performance culture within the centres by setting KPI’s and administering annual development plans for each direct report.
- Build networks with and focuses on improvement and delivery of quality service for patients through compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Experience in effective operational management, business growth and improving customer service in a multi site environment

- Able to work both independently at onsite center visits, remote and as part of a multi disciplinary team
