We are excited to welcome a Regional Manager to join our operations team with a portfolio of 4 centres across the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Regional Manager role is responsible for providing direction, coaching and support to a team of Centre Directors, Directors in Training, Educational Leaders to excel in quality care, development, and education of children and to achieve business objectives.

We believe that the small things are huge which is why we have such a wonderful ratio of centres per Regional Manager.

As a Regional Manager you will also have the full-time support of our Quality Advisor, focusing on our unique approach to Early Childhood Education and Care.

The role will be supported by a strong and knowledgeable team, with all members of the operations team being trained in Early Childhood Education.
