**About your new Role**:
- Liaising with the General Manager, to ensure clinical and operational staff are managed appropriately within your region.
- Oversee day to day operations across all Area locations in your region, ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators for your team.
- Set and monitor performance standards, drive deadlines and coach direct reports to deliver on expectations, participate in annual performance review.
- Build strong relationships across clinical and operational divisions and participate in the recruitment process of key personnel to your sites.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis.
- Assisting with the establishment of new sites and supporting implementation initiatives.
- Providing supervision for Team Leaders and Direct Supervisors and guiding them on operational leadership challenges.
- Responsible for Area-based financial management of your region.
**About You**:
- You have relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Psychology.
- You have 4+ years’ clinical experience in your relevant profession.
- You have previous management experience within the healthcare sector.
- You are driven, autonomous and passionate about achieving your life goals.
- You are adaptable, professional and a strong communicator.
- You are a people person and want to be a part of something bigger.
- Experience within the NDIS, preferred.
- You have your own car and valid driver’s licence.
