As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to supply chain and manufacturing project working groups. This multi-faceted role offers opportunities to grow and develop, with the potential to step into a Project leadership position with the right support model in place. **Key Qualities and Responsibilities**: - Proactive and positive "can-do" attitude, always eager to take on new challenges. - Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate project success. - Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders. - Active listening skills combined with the ability to document and synthesize meeting notes and minutes. - Versatile, adaptable, and agile in navigating diverse project requirements. - Strong ability to quickly build trust and rapport with key stakeholders. - Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project support. - Committed to continuous professional development and improvement. - Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. - Highly developed communication skills for clear and effective interactions. - Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently. **Required Experience**: - Experience in working with substantial amounts of information and data. - Familiarity with partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, collect requirements, build project timelines, and monitor activities for successful outcomes. - Previous experience in an administrative role. - Proficient in organizing and facilitating meetings of various sizes, from 1:1 interviews to broad-based stakeholder groups. - Analytical and data-savvy, able to derive insights and support decision-making processes. - Understanding of the Project lifecycle, Project frameworks, and key Project and Change Management concepts. - Skilled in partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop high-level milestone planning. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. - Confident presentation skills. - Experience in vendor management.
