As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance with their inquiries; supporting and managing administration functions, clerical services & parts ordering to ensure effective and efficient operations for the business unit.

**Role Located: Fairfield, NSW**

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Previous parts or mechanical knowledge is desirable.
- Systems savvy with experience in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a face-paced environment.
