Based in our Oakleigh office in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced
Project Administrator
to join our growing, thriving and reputable team.

Based exclusively in Australia, our experts are well positions to understand local requirements and provide innovative solutions.

What You Ll Deliver

  • Coordinate and oversee documents and customer correspondences including invoicing, reporting and administration.
  • Assist in the development of project documents.
  • Read and decipher technical drawings.
  • Retrieve technical drawings and share with relevant customers.
  • Foster strong relations with customers for ongoing success.
  • Ensure all projects comply with customer standards and are completed according to Australian Standards.

Skills And Experience

  • Qualification in Project Administration or Business Administration is advantageous
  • Prior experience in business admin or customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to provide solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle requests whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
