Production Administrator

Tecside are seeking a Production Administrator for a position based in Fairfield, NSW. This is a 6 month temp/contract position paying $35.00p/h + super working 8:00-4:00 (can be flexible with start and finish times), Monday to Friday. There is the possibility of extension or permanency for the right person.
**Duties will include**:
- Supporting role of the production team managing the production back order and supply of parts to the reman Facility
- Management of the inventory from Distribution centre (DC) to respective location in a timely manner to ensure no production delay’s
- Review of production jobs with missing parts and arrange orders for the respective missing items to ensure smooth build efficiencies.
- Co-ordinate deliveries with the OEM’s/ Local suppliers on parts deliveries to support production facility.
- Provide routine updates to the business on the status of the parts supply to the production orders.
- Escalate any issues relating to the supply of parts through the supply chain
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Previous experience within a similar role and administration
- Good work ethic
- Commitment to safety
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
