You'll be joining Hays Executive, our premier Global Executive Search Practice. Your new role

As an Associate Researcher, you'll play a pivotal role in powering our search capability. Reporting to a highly respected Senior Business Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing a pipeline of high-calibre executive candidates.
  • Conducting strategic market mapping and talent intelligence.
  • Leveraging our unrivalled referral network and proprietary database.
  • Engaging with senior professionals and cultivating trusted relationships.
