**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy - Lead and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership - Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and best practices to optimize hiring success.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment - Oversee recruitment planning and delivery to meet budgeted headcount growth.
- Implement data-driven recruitment - Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Oversee employer branding and EVP initiatives - Develop and promote Hub24’s employer value proposition (EVP) to enhance market engagement.
- Oversee executive recruitment - Manage sourcing and hiring strategies for senior leadership roles.
- Drive diversity and inclusion in hiring - Ensure hiring processes promote diverse and inclusive talent pools.
- Optimize recruitment technology and processes - Ensure the adoption of best-in-class recruitment tools, automation, and ATS optimization.
- Lead and develop the TA team - Mentor, train, and build a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven leadership in talent acquisition - Experience leading TA teams and driving recruitment strategies.
- Hands-on experience using Workday ATS - Must have experience with Workday as an ATS, including configuration, reporting, and process automation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence - Ability to work with executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in employer branding and EVP - Developing and executing strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Expertise in recruitment analytics and metrics - Using data to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices - End-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience in high-growth or fintech environments - Preferred experience in fast-paced or highly regulated industries.
- Experience scaling talent functions - Managing large-scale hiring projects or company growth phases.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion - Commitment to embedding inclusive hiring practices.
