Spearhead the creation & execution of a fast paced, forward looking TA function.
- Lead a team of 3 in a growing digital financial services business
- Hybrid work - CBD and WFH

This established financial services company, with a strong focus on people and culture and a workforce exceeding 500, is seeking a seasoned expert to lead their Talent Acquisition division. Key to this role will developing and executing a progressive TA strategy to attract industry's finest talent, enhancing the firm's competitive positioning.

You will play an essential role in formulating workforce planning strategies and contributing to the firm's Employment Brand, EVP, and D&I initiatives. Serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, your strategic counsel on TA initiatives will be critical in shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring your team, fostering their growth, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance, thereby ensuring efficient operations in line with the company's values.

To secure this role you will have:

- 10+ years' experience leading a Talent Acquisition function, preferably in the financial services domain.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of current employment legislation and 'Employer of Choice’ Practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in an HR-related discipline or equivalent experience.
