- 14month Fixed Term Contract Role with potential for extension or permanency**Role Purpose**
Align and deliver to the purpose, mission & aspiration of Everyday Rewards ie to be the easiest way to get the best from Woolies and partners, every day - working closely with Partners (Qantas and EG Ampol) in the More Everyday Squad to deliver to that Vision.
As a Marketing Manager in the Everyday Rewards team, you are responsible for strategic planning and optimising campaigns aligned to the overall Loyalty and Partners Strategies to drive growth from our members shopping with your partners. In a senior role, you are using analytics and insights (from both past campaign performance, as well as general market movements/insights) to develop the longer term strategy between partners, which enhances member engagement, value for members and ultimately incremental sales for both businesses.
You will deliver strong financial returns for the business whilst providing value to our members by balancing commercial returns and customer relevancy in every communication.
Your expertise in a variety of direct marketing channels means that you engage our members in the channel that is most relevant for them, with the best possible offer, timed for maximum efficacy.
You will be a leader, able to manage 2 team members (Marketing Executive), providing coaching, direction and leadership. You will also offer thought leadership to the team on direct marketing, and the ways in which to maximise joint activities between partners for the benefit of members and the business.
In addition where there is a need to performance manage employees, you will approach this in a confident, insightful and respectful way.
Your strong data background will enable you to drive campaign performance, and have an ongoing focus on optimising activity, engagement, response and conversion to maximise return on marketing expenditure.
You will ensure all marketing activity complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. ACMA/ADMA, Privacy Act, Everyday Rewards T&CS, and WOW privacy policy. You will also ensure adherence to all Woolworths Group Limited legal and statutory obligations in regards to marketing.
**Key Respsonsibilities**
- Use analytics, market insights and develop long term marketing strategies which deliver on business KPIs
- Create ATL and data driven, direct marketing activities to grow customer value
- Utilise insights and leverage loyalty team capability to drive world class data driven 1:1 marketing
- Efficiency & Optimisation
- Manage the Partner Budget and utilise P&L reporting to optimise activities
- Stakeholder and Partner Management
- Provide thought leadership, coaching, and direction to junior marketers
**About You**
- Deomnstrated experience & expertise in Loyalty, Customer Experience, Digital & Direct Marketing and related disciplines
- Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate business cases and in-depth/complex activity plans that met or exceeds revenue/cost hurdles
- Experience in specifying and leveraging statistical or computational models to improve campaign performance outcomes
- Experience in campaign automation and exposure to key principles and solutions
- Experience in leading and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Experience in creating and developing strategic plans to budget, including segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
- Tertiary education in related fields
