This large commercial company has a newly created position for a mid-level
**User Experience Designer **to join the team.

Within the role you will be working with various business teams and will be responsible for the customer experience design.

The responsibilities will include:

- Wireframing, journey mapping, storyboarding and stakeholder mapping.
- Prototyping activities include creating digital and motion prototypes.
- Concept testing of digital products and services, including usability testing.
- Communicating digital design specifications to the program to software developers.

To be considered you will need to have:

- University degree or tertiary qualifications in Design or User Experience Design.
- 3-4 years of commercial UX design experience (industrial design experience would be advantageous).
- Solid experience with journey mapping, wireframing, storyboarding and stakeholder mapping.
- Good exposure to WCAG digital product guidelines and concept testing of digital products and services.
- Any experience or exposure working on human centred design projects would be advantageous.
