**About the team**
This role will support an award winning and critical digital product known as the Strata Hub. The product’s core objective is to provide ‘an easy, trusted way to find information and manage strata matters for everyone living in NSW’. The Strata Hub team is part of a broader Digital and Data directorate within the Better Regulation Division’s (BRD) Customer Experience and Program Delivery business unit.

**About the role**
An exciting and challenging opportunity to:

- Lead and manage the user experience function to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that support product and business objectives.
- Enable and contribute to refinement of the core product proposition and business vision.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer groups, needs and behaviours, to enable evidence-based solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborate closely with other experienced specialists in product management, content design, engineering, business analysis, communications, customer support, policy and more.
- Help embed a highly effective product team culture, with a continuous improvement focus, and customer desirability, feasibility and viability based perspective.
- Work with other senior team members to provide overall team leadership, reporting to the Director, Digital and Data.

**About you**
Success in this role requires:

- A track record of success in contributing to the management of digital products and working within an Agile delivery team in a complex setting.
- Experience conducting high quality and practical research, identifying user needs and solution opportunities.
- Experience with service design tools and software.
- Management of and collaboration with other experts, technical and non-technical.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to clearly explain and document complex concepts and arguments to a variety of audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability, responding quickly when situations and priorities change.
- The ability to work under pressure, ensuring goals are achieved within budget and deadlines.
