- **Design System Development**: Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform, maintaining design standards and streamlining implementation.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, managing complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to quickly understand project environments and related issues, working within tight project timeframes, across multiple projects
- Strong communicator with the ability to develop well-positioned insights and ideas with the team and wider stakeholder groups.
- Curiosity and willingness to lean into complex domain problems alongside the design team.
