About the Role

Reporting to Executive Manager, Marketing Operations, the Lead Designer will support CBHS Health Fund and is the brand guardian for all collateral and materials for the business. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading creative direction and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
  • Translating creative briefs into compelling visual concepts to support strategic business objectives
  • Providing integrated graphic design skills, expertise and advice for the development of marketing material for print, digital and social channels
  • Developing, editing and producing video
  • Delivering creative and innovative design work
  • Workflow co-ordination for the design team·

About You

We are looking for someone who brings not just skills, but creativity and a passion for health and wellbeing. You will need:

  • Minimum 5 years design experience across print and digital
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Adobes Creative Cloud suite of visual design products: Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience in interpreting a brief and designing creative materials to successfully drive acquisition or retention
  • Proven experience in designing and creating printed marketing materials including; flyers, brochures etc
  • Experience with character illustration
  • Basic video editing skill using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of optimising imagery for digital usage including accessibility standards
  • Experience in providing ready to print assets
  • Experience with design for social media platforms – Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram
  • Workflow co-ordination experience (Admation experience, desirable).
  • Understanding of UX, wireframes and prototypes for websites and mobile apps
