We are currently seeking a personable and professional Customer Service Officer for a privately owned dynamic company that provides replacement parts for mining equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity as you will be provided with in-depth product training and become part of a professional and highly enjoyable work environment.

This position has become available due to the continued growth and expansion within the organisation. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and has a passion for internal sales and customer service as well as being proactive and self-motivated.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Taking incoming sales inquiries and action in a timely manner
- Assist clients with their queries and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Provide quotations to customers
- Take charge of sales transactions
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships
- Report on sales pipeline to the Sales & Management Team weekly

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous sales /customer service experience
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Previous quotation experience desired
- Integrity, honesty & a passion for service
- Self-motivation and positive disposition
- Sound written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Ability to talk to people from the ground floor to senior management
