**Your Impact**
Reporting into the General Manager, HR Business Partnering you will play a significant role in supporting a technology led transformation program.
**Key responsibilities**
Your role will play a significant role in ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working, with a strong focus on change management. Specifically, you will;
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to support the Change Management Strategy
- Implement processes and procedures to deliver strategic project milestones
- Coach leaders on identifying organisational effectiveness opportunities and drive a leader-led approach to implementing plans
- Identify potential challenges and risks related to people aspects of the program
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience gained in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Experience in delivering people/organisational change, ideally with an enterprise wide technology focus
- The ability to execute people frameworks across transformational projects
- Deep experience in Workplace Relations
- Proven experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders
- An understanding of both change and project management methodologies and delivery methods
