With all of that happening it means we have a need for a HR Generalist to join the team and lead projects for the next 12 months. **What will you do?** This role forms part of our People Projects team located in our Southbank Office. This team, working closely with management, identifies and delivers Strategic People Projects that support the Ryman Healthcare business plan. The team anticipates future requirements and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on Future Workforce, Government Funding, Legislative Changes and Employee Experience: We are looking for someone who loves solving problems, gets a buzz out of driving results and can paint a compelling vision. Ideally, you will have spent some time in Strategic Projects, Business Improvement or Organisational Development and have a background in Human Resources.
