**About the role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR technical lead to join our dynamic development team. As a HR technical lead, you will provide support to the Project Manager/Manager Enterprise Business Systems and project teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead technical delivery of HR project activities within the Enterprise Business Systems Group.
- Actively seek new ways in which the client's corporate business systems, with a focus on HR functions, can provide solutions for new business requirements and existing business improvement through discussion with stakeholders.
- As required provide support to the Project Manager/Manager Enterprise Business Systems and project teams
- Coordinate and/or undertake investigations and conduct evaluations of solutions required for the Client.
- Oversight the Integrity of the Client's SAP Systems, ensuring adherence to Change, Release, and Transport Management Processes.
- Identify gaps within the current processes and recommend improvements and where delegated, plan and lead the implementation of improvements.
- Provide assistance and high-level advice to client Senior Management, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience leading HR project activities in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated Functional Skill expertise within SAP, with a sound understanding of the Cross Application Timesheets (CATs), Payroll Control Centre and Fiori Applications
- Demonstrated capability in the provision of process improvement and requirements gathering within a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to foster productive working relationships, facilitate cooperation and partnerships, with the ability to work with other team members in an integrated approach to effectively deliver support functions, minor works enhancements and major projects using Incident, Change and Release Management processes.
- Sound Identification/Analysis skills within the SAP Solutions, with demonstrated ability to implement solutions and developments as required.
- Sound oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, communicate with influence and liaise effectively with and provide advice to Senior Management.
