Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team located in Bibra Lake or Victoria Park on a permanent full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing effective administration services to the Heavy Lift Maintenance team.
- Works closely with the Maintenance team to understand service and maintenance priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team.
- Cross referencing time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted.
- Process maintenance request orders.
- Close out maintenance request orders.
- Process service documentation.
- Maintain service, repair, and compliance records for the Heavy Lift assets.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to cooperate with others in order to accomplish maintenance and operational goals.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks with differing priorities.
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself and your team.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload.
