Experienced HR Manager required for an 8 month fixed-term contract

**Your new company**

In this 8 month fixed term contract, you will be working for a values-led organisation who operate across the higher education sector.

**Your new role**
- Enable, support and oversee the delivery of best practice HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, including recruitment and termination, training, performance management, workplace relations, reward and remuneration, retention of employees, employee satisfaction, and work health and safety.
- Prepare and present key HR insights and data to leadership teams
- Provide timely and professional advice and support to staff at all levels on people and culture-related matters.
- Provide hands-on, best practice operational and strategic advice to managers regarding HR matters.
- Contribute to developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Promote and develop training programs to enhance employee capability, and better understanding of diversity and inclusion as well as employee wellbeing at ACN.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- HR generalist with 4-5 years’ experience in various industries
- HR leadership/management experience of 2 years +
- Ability to adapt to change and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Good communicator/great interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience renegotiating/launching an enterprise Agreement
