Your new job will be for a manufacturing company that is based in Campbelltown.

**Your new role**
As a HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for HR advice and support, as well as:

- End to end recruitment
- Assisting the HRM with projects and initiatives
- Managing and promoting the wellbeing program
- Providing support on EBA negotiations

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Experienced in contemporary HR practices
- Being cultural aware
- Having a can-do and positive attitude
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive rapports with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right in Australia
