We are seeking an influential Senior HR Manager to provide strategic partnership to senior leaders in the firm. In this key role, you will drive the firm's people agenda, deliver high-impact solutions, and lead a national team of HR professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the people strategy by providing expert counsel and strategic partnership to senior leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national team of HR professionals.
  • Oversee the delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, promotions, and complex employee relations.
  • Champion firm-wide HR projects and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned and strategic HR professional with a demonstrable track record in team leadership. Your expertise lies in building trusted partnerships and consulting with senior stakeholders, plus confidently navigating complex professional environments.
