HR Coordinator - Federal Government body - Sutherland Shire/ hybrid - 6 months + - $45ph + Super

**Your new role**
This is a sole position as a HR Coordinator in a small team, reporting into the Senior HRBP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating Recruitment activities: arranging interviews, reference checks, Vevo/ visa checks, working with recruitment agencies.
- HR Generalist tasks: admin tasks using SAP, running HR reports, reporting on Performance Objectives on a quarterly basis, updating local policies, liaising with relevant line managers, providing generalised HR POC, customer service focused POC, adhoc HR tasks.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- relevant experience in a similar role performing both recruitment and HR tasks.
- demonstrated knowledge of Excel/ import reports
- excellent communication skills and friendly approach
- ability to work independently
